Moving Your Pool Table for New Flooring/Remodel

When it comes to moving your pool table for new flooring, it is important to book your disassembly prior to flooring installation begins. Most reputable flooring companies will move furniture, but will not move your pool table for liability reasons (and because it weighs a lot, too).

There are two parts to a new flooring move. First we come to the house and disassemble your pool table, carefully remove cloth and place the table in an adjacent space that is not getting new flooring. Keep in mind we don’t want to move your slate pool table down or upstairs. So we will be happy to find any nook and cranny to prevent stairs from coming into the picture. In the closet, in the bathroom, in the shower, you name it. The second part of the move happens after your new floors are done. We will come back out, take your pool table from the adjacent space we placed it in and set it up with the existing cloth. We will level and align everything to make sure it plays even better than you remember.

Measure your table and find the number of slates for the most accurate quote. Antiques and specialty tables may require additional fees.
