Antique on the Coast

Last Friday we were in for a workout. A long time customer was finally getting his antique pool table back. For the past three years this handsome antique resided in his friend’s Laguna Hills, CA home. First, the table was slated to be moved to another friend’s garage for storage. But I guess that plan was shot down. Plan B, move massive pro. 8′ pool table upstairs to San Clemente, CA beach house. OK, sounds like a fine idea to me. Once we arrive in San Clemente I go upstairs to survey the layout. Not the ideal location for such a big pool table, but we make the best of it. Short cues along three sides of the pool table, I guess no big tournaments will be held here…but this handsome antique is back with his owner. It’s nice to be loved.
